Items left after 15 days from receiving a call specifying the services requested have been completed from a Parks Computers, LLC. representative will be accessed a $10.00 per week storage fee.
Items left after 90 Days will be sold for cost of repairs and storage fees.
Product Pick-Up by Parks Computers, LLC.: If Parks Computers, LLC. picks up your product for the purpose of performing a requested service(s) at a Parks Computers, LLC. location and any damage or loss occurs with respect to your product while in Parks Computers, LLC.'s possession or control, regardless of causation or fault, you are only entitled to replacement of the product.

Non-defective products may be returned with fourteen (14) days from the date on invoice. A fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee will be deducted from any refund or credit.

Labor charges – No Refund
Software preinstalled on custom built computer systems cannot be returned.
Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned.
